How do I start?
Use our Get A Quote option to create a rough estimate of what you would like us to pick up and store. Please select the approximate dates within the Wishlist and provide all the necessary information by clicking the contact and venue info within the My Quote.
Once you submit the Wishlist, we will review to confirm everything looks alright and then you will receive a quote from us.
Once you look over the quote you will be prompted to sign the contract and then make a fully refundable $50.00 deposit.
When the deposit payment is processed, you will receive an email with a link to schedule your appointments. An appointment is required if you purchased any materials from us, require a delivery for any reusable rental bins and an appointment is required for when you need your items picked up from campus. Your return appointment will be scheduled later or as soon as you know the time and date your student would be returning to campus (we typically send reminder emails a couple weeks prior to university housing opening).
What if I stay over my time?
If you stay over the designated storage period you’ll be charged a full month storage fee per item. The cut off for the summer package will be 1 week after housing opens for undergraduates.
What kind of security do you offer?
LOCATION: We stash your goods at a very secure storage location in town. It is surrounded by a perimeter fence only accessible with a computer access gate. Six days a week there is a guard on site. And the building is always under video surveillance.
Still a little skeptical of moving companies? We get it!
That is why we offer tamper evident storage options. They give you peace of mind that no one has access to your stash. How?
We offer plastic storage bins with tug-tight seals. The bins have two small holes, one on either end, to allow the customer to fasten tug tights holding the bin and its top sealed together.
In this case, the locks we offer are tug-tight seals. They are sold in sets of two – one lock for each end of the bin. When locked, the plastic storage bins can only be reopened by cutting the zip tie. After the zip tie is cut, it becomes useless. The zip ties are also individually numbered. This prevents a mock zip-tie to replace the broken one. Only you and WeStash !t will know your numbers.
